Due to having an all consuming job I can rarely predict when I will be able to train. The active athlete template has allowed me the flexibility to apply an effective training programme at times that suit me. The ease of access to the template combined with its effectiveness allows peace of mind that I am investing my training time wisely. Tom has a clear passion for fitness which is hard to not find inspiring, this is backed up by a solid support system which is ideal for when I need clarification on something. I can honestly say I have definitely improved in a variety of areas as a direct result of the active athlete template.
Absolutely awesome programming with ample variety to challenge you daily! Proven results in strength and cardio. I have come further with Tom in 12 months than I had ever imagined. Added to your current program or have this as your sole training regime - you won't be disappointed with the results!
